We currently deliver orders within Pakistan.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on the courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your location, any applicable shipping or COD charges will be shown during checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, customers may be contacted by phone or SMS to confirm the order before dispatch.

Please provide an accurate and reachable phone number and delivery address.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide a tracking number through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment with the relevant courier.

7. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact number.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to receive the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Although we work with reliable courier services, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment with the courier.

9. Damaged Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs/videos of the package and products received.

We will review the issue and assist you according to our Refund & Return Policy.
